The Crimson View subdivision is conveniently located just North of the intersection of Hwy 89A and Rodeo. Each lot features a "building envelope" and common area owned by the Crimson View HOA. Most homes have a view of either red rocks or Thunder Mountain, Chimney Rock or Coffee Pot to the North and the airport mesa to the South.
Several hiking trails are within walking distance.

Crimson View has an active Homeowners Association and a
Design Review Committee (DRC). Any new construction or modification to an existing home needs DRC approval. Rental of homes less than 30 days is NOT allowed in Crimson View. VRBO or AirBNB leases are not allowed for less than a 30 day lease.
